In Florida handymen can do a whole lot of work. Here are a few examples: 
Patch cracks and holes in existing concrete
Caulking
Interior cleaning
Exterior cleaning - Pressure cleaning
(walls and driveways)
Replace light bulbs
Replace A/C filters
Replace exhaust vent piping for clothes dryer
Dryer vent cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Install leaf filters on gutters

There are certain kinds of work that I prefer not to do: No concrete work, no fencing, no flooring and no climbing on more than one story high roofs. I will be upfront with you about what I can and cannot do, as well as what handypeople are not allowed to do.
 Please ask - if I cannot do it, I might have a recommendation to get the work done.
